Good to know: our terms
- Payment
- A deposit is due with the booking confirmation, in two instalments for dates more than six months away. The final invoice follows after the party, based on the final number of guests and actual consumption, payable within 7 days.
- Cancellation
- Calculated on the plannable services; deposits are credited.

- You give us the binding number no later than 10 days before. Cancellations notified after that (up to 10% of guests) cost 30% of the menu price; beyond that, and for no-shows, the full menu price applies.
- Minimum spend
- If it isn’t reached, we charge the difference as room hire.
- Service
- 5 hours of service are included, then €100 per hour, from midnight €150. The party ends at 2:00 at the latest. Drinks flat rates apply to the booked time; during extra hours we charge drinks by consumption.
- Corkage
- Your favourite wine is welcome: €20 corkage per bottle, for one wine you bring along.
- Fire and decorations
- Open flames are not allowed. Sparklers and putting up decorations only by prior arrangement.
- Prices
- All prices include VAT.
