What we offer
An evening you don’t have to worry about.
Whoever organises a Christmas party usually has no wish for ten emails, three suppliers and a bill that ends up looking different from the plan. So we keep it simple: one contact person, one invoice, an evening that runs by itself.
We’re a restaurant with our own kitchen and service team, hosts in the historic Spital in the heart of Ravensburg since 2021. There’s no à la carte in the evening, so the venue is there for one single party: your team. You celebrate in the listed vaulted hall, with mulled wine, punch or an aperitif to welcome you, alcohol-free too.

Our Advent concept, in brief.
In Advent we cook our own Christmas menu, with its own schedule and its own terms. That’s why you don’t work out your Christmas party in the price calculator: you send us a quick enquiry, we talk about your evening, and you get a quote listing every item.
So you know roughly what to expect, here is the framework from our Advent brochure 2026 for business customers. All figures approximate, net per person plus VAT.
To eat
Festive menu to share
approx. €70 to €85 net p. p.
Mulled wine or an aperitif on arrival, starters as a sharing buffet at the table, a main course served at your seat, dessert in little glass jars. You choose exactly what’s on the table from our Christmas menu, vegetarian and vegan included.
To drink
Drinks package
approx. €40 to €45 net p. p.
Water, soft drinks, draught beer, wine and coffee, for four or five hours. If it suits you better, we can also charge by consumption.
For the evening
Dates & minimum spend
from around €3,000 net
Wednesday to Saturday, for 20 to 75 guests at the table. The minimum spend depends on the day of the week and is reached through food and drinks.
Deposit, final guest numbers and cancellation are set out in the quote and in the brochure. The Advent brochure for 2027 will be here from September 2027.

Mulled wine, punch, a small Dejavu Spritz or an alcohol-free aperitif, with two kinds of tartare in a savoury cone.

Generously laid out in the middle of the table for sharing. Three to five components of your choice.

Served at the table
Two main courses to choose from, served at your seat. From braised ox cheek to chestnut risotto.

Dessert & a relaxed round
Dessert jars for sharing and drinks as you like, for as long as the evening is good.

We’re not a dedicated conference venue. But if you have a conference or an away day, you can get together with us in the evening: for a set menu together or a party in the vaulted hall, right in the old town.
Anyone coming from further away sleeps three minutes’ walk away in our hotel.
Staying over
No taxi. No early exit.
The best part of a Christmas party is usually the last hour. And that’s exactly what you lose when half the group is watching for their lift home.

Do we have the restaurant to ourselves?
Yes. There’s no à la carte in the evening, so on your evening the vaulted hall belongs to your team alone. We host one party per evening.
What does a Christmas party with you cost?
In Advent, according to our Advent brochure 2026, you can expect around €70 to €85 net per person for the festive menu and €40 to €45 net for the drinks package. The minimum spend starts at around €3,000 net, depending on the day of the week. You get the exact quote after a short conversation. For company parties outside Advent, the price calculator gives you an estimate including VAT.
Does the invoice go to the company?
Yes, with every item listed. The 30 % deposit due on confirmation is offset against the final invoice.
When do we need to confirm the number of guests?
For Christmas parties, 7 days before the party. That number is the basis for the bill. If more come, we’re delighted and adjust it.
Are there vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Yes. There’s always a vegetarian main course to choose from, vegan on request. Tell us about allergies and preferences beforehand and we’ll find a good solution.
How long can we party?
Service covers 4 to 5 hours, in line with the drinks flat rate. After that we charge by the hour, ending at 2:00 at the latest.
Do you host conferences?
We’re not a dedicated conference venue. But after your conference or away day you’re very welcome in the evening, for a set menu together or a party in the vaulted hall.
Can colleagues stay overnight with you?
Yes, at Hotel traumwerk, three minutes’ walk from the vaulted hall. We hold a block of rooms for your team at a company rate from €97 including breakfast and VAT, available until 14 days before the party.
