Terms of participation

Your contractual partner is zwölf87 GmbH, Bachstraße 57, 88214 Ravensburg, phone +49 751 95877636, email info@zwoelf87.de. Events take place at the restaurant at Bachstraße 57, cooking classes at the hotel at Schulgasse 10.

By clicking the “Book with obligation to pay” or “Order with obligation to pay” button, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email. Online booking is possible until the booking deadline shown for the date, otherwise until three days before. After that, feel free to book by phone.

Reservation (e.g. goose dinner): you pay on the night, on site.

Order for collection: you pay when you collect.

Payment in advance (e.g. cooking classes): you receive our bank details with the confirmation. Please transfer the amount within 7 days, or within 2 days if you book less than 14 days before the date. Your place is confirmed as soon as the money reaches us, and we confirm this by email. If nothing has arrived by the deadline, we remind you once. If payment is still outstanding 2 days after that, we release the place and the booking lapses.

If you provide company details when booking, we issue an invoice to the company once payment has been received.

Payment in advance: you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the date and receive a full refund. After that, unfortunately, we can’t refund anything, because we have already planned ingredients and staff. You can, however, send someone in your place at any time; just tell us their name.

Reservation and collection: please cancel by the booking or order deadline and everything is fine. If later, please let us know as early as possible, because we buy ingredients based on the number of bookings. The reminder email before the date lets you cancel with one click.

Cancellations can be made by email to info@zwoelf87.de or by phone.

Our public cooking classes take place with a minimum of 4 participants. If fewer have signed up 4 days before the class, we cancel it by then at the latest and let you know straight away.

If a date is cancelled, for example because the minimum number has not been reached, too few people have signed up or someone in the team is ill, we will let you know as early as possible. The choice is then yours: you can switch to another date or receive a full refund of any money already paid.

For events and cooking classes on a fixed date there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) no. 9 BGB, German Civil Code). The same applies to food for collection, because it perishes quickly (§ 312g(2) no. 2 BGB). Your options for cancelling are set out above.

Let us know when you book. We will accommodate them as best we can and get in touch if something isn’t possible. We cannot completely rule out traces of allergens in our kitchen.

We use your details only for your booking, the emails about the date and, if necessary, the invoice. More on this in our privacy policy.
