• Aperitif and soup by the fire are included in the price. If it rains, we start indoors.
• We buy the geese according to the number of reservations, which is why there’s a booking deadline.
• Prefer it rustic with no fixed start? On 11 November there’s the goose dinner on St Martin’s Day.
