Goose dinner on St Martin’s Day

The St Martin’s goose comes on boards for sharing. No fixed start: come any time between 18:00 and 20:00.

Rustic and made for sharing: breast and leg of the St Martin’s goose arrive at the table on boards as soon as your whole party is there. Before that, there’s soup, salad and bread from the table buffet.

The menu

Chestnut soup, lamb’s lettuce with fig dressing, rustic bread with goose dripping and herb quark
On boards
Breast and leg of St Martin’s goose, goose gravy, glazed chestnuts, apple red cabbage and brown butter mashed potatoes
Vegetarian
Porcini risotto with Parmesan and herb oil, with apple red cabbage and glazed chestnuts
Dessert
A little surprise.

  • We buy the geese according to the number of reservations, which is why there’s a booking deadline.
