Spring cooking
Cooking fresh vegetables properly, using herbs and acidity with intent: this is how spring cooking tastes light and lively.
After the winter, things turn green in the kitchen again. Young vegetables need little, but the right things: you’ll learn when blanching, steaming or a quick sauté is the way to go, how to keep colour and bite, and how herbs and a dash of acidity make a plate taste fresh. And why some things only go into the pan right at the end.
That way you can cook in spring with whatever is fresh, without needing instructions for every ingredient.
The evening follows our usual plan: a soup, a side made by hand, a main course with seasonal vegetables and a dessert. What exactly we cook, you’ll find out on the night.
- All drinks are included in the price, along with your apron and all ingredients. You get the evening’s recipes digitally afterwards, so you can keep experimenting at home.
- The class runs with a minimum of 4 participants. If fewer sign up, you can switch to another date or get a full refund.
- Allergies or intolerances? Let us know when you book and we’ll plan for them.
